Raz and Aleksandra Miles

Timberline Glamping Tampa has officially launched in 2022 by Raz and Aleksandra Miles.

Raz and Aleksandra's lives have always been intertwined with the love for the outdoors and nature.

Raz, a marine veteran, property manager and an avid board sports enthusiast, has spent many years traveling the world and seeking unique outdoor adventures.

Growing up in the mountains of Poland, Aleksandra has always been drawn to spending time outdoors, enjoying camping, hiking and kayaking with friends and family.

Throughout their mutual adventures, their camping style has evolved from a tiny two person backpacking tent, two sleeping bags and minimum equipment to a more comfortable set-up with air mattresses, blankets, and camp furniture.

They slowly became inspired to look to other ways of enjoying the great outdoors, and this led them to discover their first glamping experience at Timberline Glamping in Lake Lanier, Georgia.

Their first reaction was one of amazement, as they realized that after a long day of driving, for the first time ever, they did not have to scramble to set up their tent, but instead could just sit down and enjoy s'mores and hot chocolate surrounded by the ambient glow of string lights. The next morning turned out even better, as after an incredibly comfortable night of sleep, they woke up with no stiff joints!

This time spent at Lake Lanier was the catalyst that sparked a deeper interest in glamping, and it was exactly one year later, when the opportunity to join the Timberline Glamping family presented itself.

After some months of research, planning and working closely with the Timberline Glamping Franchise Team, their glamping dream now continues, as they share their passion for the outdoors with others in the famous enchanted forest of Tampa Bay's Hillsborough River.
